Available Flag

The available flag is an optional tool that allows members to be proactive in their search for employment. Members are able to log on to their profiles and turn on this flag any time they are without a job in order to increase their exposure by standing out from those who are either busy or did not bother to check the flag. The flag remains on the profile for 24hs during which time it can be canceled, or renewed if they continue to be available.

The flag's presence doesn't guaranty that the member will be available when you call since he/she may have been hired since they put the flag up, but certainly your chances are greater.

Note: Keep in mind that those members without an available flag may also be available. They simply haven't used the flag to indicate their availability.

• Try searching by "Only Available" in the advanced search
• Click on the word "Updated" in your search results page to sort by last updated. This will put members with the most recent activity on top.
