Profiles are divided into several categories. Choose the one that fits your current situation best:

INTERNS: Use the intern profile if you are a student or have little or no experience, but wish to acquire it by working with others without being paid, paid very little or just given credit. The profile contains your internship goals, information about your education, work experience and other relevant skills. You can upgrade to an assistant profile once you gain more experience.

ASSISTANTS: Use this profile if you are a working assistants or at least have some working assisting experience and references. The profile contains your rate, bio and detail on skills and equipment as well as other relevant information.

PROFESSIONAL/ KEY: For working professionals or “keys”. Use this profile as you would your own website by adding contact information, samples of your work, agent or rep and a bio. You can also link to your own site.

NOTE ON MULTIPLE PROFILES:
At photocrew, we are aware that as a normal part of your evolving career, you may be more than one of these types at the same time—possibly all three. For example, it is quite common for assistants to work professionally and vice versa or for a person interning to also be assisting occasionally getting their own gig. We are working on a feature that will allow you to fill out more than one profile under one account. In the meantime, you are welcome to create more than one profile if you want, but you must enter a different email address for each.
